  1. HELP!
  2. If you run into a technical problem while loading or using 
  3. "The Grammy Awards," compare your computer system with the 
  4. system requirements listed at the beginning of the user's guide.  
  5. The problem you are experiencing may be caused by 
  6. incompatibilities between the program and your system.
  7.  
  8. -  To hear the CD audio sound clips, a set of headphones or powered 
  9. speakers must be connected directly to your CD-ROM drive.
  10.  
  11. -  "The Grammy Awards" supports the following VGA chip sets:  
  12. Tseng 3000, Tseng 4000, Paradise/Western Digital, Video Seven, 
  13. ATI, and Trident.  If your Super VGA card does not have one of 
  14. these chip sets, a VESA driver is required.
